A high ceiling space in a retail strip mall was designed into a medical clinic. The program required a number of private examination rooms and a waiting area. As an obstretician clinic, the space was designed to feel "home like", in an effort to provide a sense of comfort and tranquility for expectant mothers.

Colours and simple massing helped create a human scale along the long access corridor that serviced the examination rooms. Furnishings and fixtures were selected from residential demolitions, and re-purposed for this clinic.
